Carbonless Forms

Tame disorder, increase your productivity, and streamline your workflow with carbonless forms. From invoices to order forms, packing slips to receipts, inventory checklists to service contracts, a well-designed carbonless form will save you time, money, and headaches by providing an instant duplicate you can provide to customers and co-workers alike.

  • Need an extra copy to file with sales staff and accounting? Consider 2, 3, or 4-part forms.
  • Add a second ink color to make information easier to find.
  • Make organization and filing a snap with pre-drilled holes.

Carbonless forms are used in a wide range of industries, including mechanical, agriculture, funeral services, transportation, home improvement, auctions, and more. They are great for any situation where you want a simple business solution or a quick reproduction of up to four simultaneous copies.

And just because these forms are practical doesn’t mean they have to be boring! Experiment with bold graphics, two colors of ink, custom finishes, or three-hole drilling to allow for archiving in binders or booklets. Sequential numbering will enable you to easily track your transactions, or you can also send varying designs to print multiple for types in the same size and finish.

  6. *Glue Edge

    ?

    What is the glue edge?

The glue edge refers to the edge of the page where the forms are connected.

Most carbonless forms are glued along the top or the left edge.

However, we can set up your forms to tear apart along any edge you choose.

    ?

Some times carbonless forms are padded like a memo pad.

All pads will include a chipboard back.

    ?

This option puts a 150# manila tag wrap around cover around your form.

Price includes stub perforation, heavy duty staples, front manila tag cover, chipboard back, wrap around manila cover, and black book binders tape over the staples.

This option involves more time in production and is not eligible for RUSH service.

These books are very useful for field technicians or service men.

It helps to protect the forms while also preventing the image from transferring to the forms below.

  9. Perforation

    ?

Standard distance from the edge for stub perforation is 1/2 in.

Please be sure to indicate which edge to perforate.

Remember that the tear-out size of your form will be 1/2" smaller then the starting size of your form.

If the perforation needs to be in another location please use the "Other" selection and indicate where the perforation should be.

If you are making wrap around books do not select this option, it is included in the price of the wrap around book.

  10. Hole Drilling

    ?

    What is hole drilling?

Drilling is the printing term for adding holes to the edge of a printed item for binding.

It's called drilling (or sometimes punching) because an actual drill (designed specifically for paper) is used to bore through an entire stack of printed materials in one fell swoop.

This unique equipment can be set to drill holes that match any standard binding configuration.

    ?
  11. Sequential numbering (Black ink only, Red is no longer available)

    ?

Sequential numbering is the placement of a consecutive number somewhere on your form.

Ink color choices are Black only. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are no longer able to offer Red ink for numbers.

Minimum amount of space for a number is 1/4" x 7/8". Maximum digits is 6.

  13. Shrink Wrapping maximum of 500 sheets per package

    ?

What are the benefits of shrink-wrapping?

Shrink-wrapping prevents damage from bending, tearing, or folding; and keeps printed items well-organized, under control, and easy to maintain.

Printed materials are far easier to transport and store when they're shrink-wrapped together, rather than stacked loosely in a pile.
